R01027 On Pistonheads
For sale at £13,500 but sub 7k mileage recorded. Looks decent in Flame Red - non-standard alloys / tyres fitted but original ERA items also supplied. Was stored for 10 years until 2008 and has been run occasionally since. http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/mini-classic/all-mode...
Re: Cones
Talking of suspension - had a breakdown on Saturday where my adjustable Hi-Lo trumpet broke on the passenger side rear. It had only been fitted (Col's Mini's in Feckenham) last year I think when I had all of the suspension replaced and the Hi-Lo's fitted to try to cure a rubbing issue at the front o...

Re: What size of tyres on the era
Just seeing if there are any updates to this thread as my 12 year old 165x60x13 's are starting to crack quite badly due to age though there is plenty of tread remaining and I doubt that they will pass the next MOT in September. Have been considering going to Pirelli P700Z 165x 55 x 13 replacements ...

Re: Seat Belt Stuck
Have decided to buy 2 secondhand grey belts from Classic Mini Parts for £50 plus delivery so at least they will match (and the drivers belt is a bit dodgy in any case).
Here are some pics of the rear bin box trim - secured with three fixings.

Re: Seat Belt Stuck
I have removed the belt which refused to budge and am now on the look out for a replacement - seems a strange colour, not really grey and more of a beige?
Any one bought one before and know a good supplier for a similar belt?

Seat Belt Stuck
Has anyone ever had a problem with the front seat belts on the ERA sticking? My passenger belt is seized in the fully retracted position and has so far refused to budge. I had to drive all the way back from North yorks yesterday with my passenger unbuckled whilst keeping a look out for police cars. ...

Re: Show's List 2012
Off to North Yorkshire this weekend for the Heartbeat Run through the North Yorks Moors - fingers crossed for dry weather this Sunday as I don't fancy the torrential rain we suffered on our last Mini Run (H2H) in April.....

Drive It Day
'Drive It Day' is tomorrow guys so get those ERA's out on the roads of the UK! I think mine might be going on a little trip down to Gaydon to visit the Heritage Motor Collection (£5 entry if you are in a classic car tomorrow) just to get it ready for the H2H Run to the North Norfolk coast next weeke...
