R1024

Post by millermilla » Mon May 07, 2007 10:23 pm

Hiya,

I restored ERA 1024 mechanically about 5 years ago now and sold it to an importer in Belgium. I see it is now owned by Eric but just wondered if there was any more info and pictures on it?

Thanks

Hi Keith, good to here from you.

Were you the guy who had it when 4 of us went to that show in Dunstable?

As far as I'm aware it's still running nicely and being looked after well. I'll email him and see if he's got any more recent pics of it.

Hiya Chris,

Yeah it was me and the Mrs at Dunstable. Gutted I sold the ERA having spent so much money on it and done so few miles but thats life :| Ive not had a mini since the ERA went but have been doing a restoration on a Chelsea for my cousin for the last 6 months. Almost finished but its got me wanting a mini again :D Not sure I could stretch to an ERA again but it got me thinking so I thought I would pop in to see how the site's going. Must say it was a nice surprise to see it still up and running with lots more usefull info. Keep up the good work!

All the best
