Hi Jeremy,

I took mine down the strip against Ricky.
I only managed 3 runs due to being very busy.
My first run was my best at 17.066 & 80.73 across the line.
My second run was aside Ricky but didnt get a good start so was 17.43 & 80.13mph.
My third run would have been a good one but i got to 5000rpm in 3rd and it didnt seem to want to pull any more so i dropped it into 4th and backed off. i still managed to cross the line in 17.33 but only got to 74.51mph so you can see i had backed off (i passed the 1/8th mile marker at 65.15mph in 11.01 seconds)
I think when its been tuned i will get into the 16's and i will be happy with that.

I will leave Ricky to post his times. they were not as good as i expexted however he does have a slipping clutch and a faulty gear linkage so kept the boost to about 10psi so there is a lot left in hand.

Havn't MOT'd mine this year yet, had it out a few times for a blast on trade plates but to be honest not sure I will bother putting it on the road this year, seems a waste of cash to MOT and TAX it for a couple of shows when I have some others I need to sell so will be better taking them to shows instead. :(

Hi all! kameo, storm and i had a brilliant day at British Mini Showdown! :D I was a little bit disappointed at the lack of trade stalls this year! (maybe they were all at Silverstone watching the Grand Prix!) Managed to get six runs, the best time i got was a 16.2 at 89.87 mph :( with 10psi of boost! Which was managed with a slipping clutch, i'm hoping over this winter to fix the slipping clutch and the problems i'm having with the kad shift and will be back next year to see what improvements it has made! hopefully in late 14's! :D

Hi Jeremy,

Not sure on mitp at the moment.
That weekend my Alfa dealer is doing a ride & drive day for the new Giulietta and i dont know which day my invite will be for yet.
if its on the Sat then i probably will go to mitp on the Sun.

Things are falling into place for a visit to Stanford, just trying to get the whole week off so I can go to Goodwood Revival the following weekend without trekking all the way home in between....
